Being goal-oriented, I use a backwards design process and help you create a clear plan, complement your organizational structures and assist in managing your project through to completion. With “check ins” and a supporting voice identifying potential barriers, your progress will not be hindered!

A significant part of my instructional leadership practice relates to inclusion and diversity. As an early adopter, and significant contributor to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) education initiatives in the province of BC, I have deep understanding and compassion in this important area of leadership and I am passionate about ensuring all students experience a sense of belonging. I offer education, customized workshops and policy development to assist you in creating a truly inclusive environment for your organization.

With years of experience in curriculum development and implementation in a variety of subject areas and settings, including specialty areas like French, career education, and music, I facilitate the design of the big ideas, content competencies and standards to fit your educational goals. Whether at the school, district, or provincial level, I can coordinate and focus the instructional team to arrive at a meaningful product that meets the needs of learners.
